I know I have been slacking in the blog department for the last year or so but that will chance!! Now that I have both of my girls in school I can go back to designing and sewing semi full time and I plan on blogging all of my new adventures!!
Trying to find my niche again has become my nest adventure.. Bringing back old design aesthetics and working more on little dollies is what has my creative juices flowing lately!!
I am back to making my favorite little hand sewn dollies inspired by the patterns of the amazing GingerMelon!! You can check her out at gingermelondolls.blogspot.com!! I have been a HUGE fan of hers for years!!! And I just ordered her brand spankin new book which I will review on this blog in the very near future!!
Here is my take on her little Mermaid! I love playing with different color combos and patterns.. I have just received a pile of new patterns to choose from!! and I am ready for a ton of fun!!!
I can not wait to share what I do with all of you!!
